MEET DEANNA HOIEN
Hi! I'm DeAnna, Owner and Artist of Artistic Beauty! I'm a one-person studio in Buffalo, MN.
I am a Minnesota native raised in northern Minnesota. I owned a design business and have been in the corporate world for over 30 years. I have been with my husband for 35 years, have two grown children and two fur babies too!
I became a licensed tattoo artist to give clients the most natural looking brows achieved with permanent makeup. I’ve also expanded my services to include lash extensions and airbrush brow tinting helping clients achieve beautiful, customized results that compliment their natural features.
I love being my own boss and dedicating my energy to giving you exactly what you want in your appointment with me. My goal is to make you feel the best version of yourself with minimal maintenance! I love building a relationship with each of you, so having fun and laughing definitely takes part in your appointment with me!
